An Introduction
The Minority Bar Foundation was started by the Minority Bar Association of Western New York to support and grow diversity in Western New York’s legal profession. To that end, the Minority Bar Foundation has helped many law students over the years, many of whom are now today’s leaders.

A board member since 2019, Vanessa Glushefski had this to say:
“When I was first approached about being a board member [of the Minority Bar Foundation], I couldn’t have imagined how meaningful the experience would prove to be. Since that time, I have had the pleasure of working with some of the best attorneys Buffalo has to offer. I have also had the privilege of seeing the difference the foundation’s support makes in the lives of so many students. It has truly been an honor to serve. For this reason, we at Flipped Realty were overjoyed to close our inaugural year of the Building Neighborhoods Fund with the support of this amazing organization.”
